      Pros

      Remote work and freedom to work from home. Great training program

      Cons

      Unreal Micromanagement of new case managers. Non-compliance being a catch all for firing anyone they want. Zero defect mindset, which completely ignores the humanity of the employee. Say one thing to your face and something completely different behind your back. Managers that are not subject matter experts but exert their authority like they are. Do not understand their case managers but only compliance at the cost of the employees well being despite the situation.

      Pros

      Great benefits (401k, health, PTO)

      Cons

      Overall the people are great and the company emphasizes it cares for its employees. Some days are longer than others and you are expected to juggle multiple projects at once, if you cannot do this it is easy to fall behind on work.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
