      Pros

      Great Compensation Plan. The ability to schedule your work around family life. The events that show recognition and a persons hard work.

      Cons

      Some of the people put into management are not deserving. They show no signs of leadership but yet they are promoted. Your compensation is the only thing guaranteed by how much you work.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
