Can't think of any pros. Unless you like working for unethical people with no morals and integrity.
Cons
Management doesn't listen. Most Managers shouldn't be in the positions they are in. Never worked with so many deceitful, non-team oriented, selfish, individuals in my entire life. Truly pathetic and sad to see in such a large corporation.
