      Absolutely none I can think of.

      Cons

      where can I begin? ..utterly disgusting people to work for. Managers are a joke- only know to pile their work on you and expect yu to ask for more. No gratitude shown for a job well done; only berates you in front of the entire office for stupid, little errors and typos. The float in and out of office without telling you when they leave. Rampant favoritism shown to their "toadies".

      Pros

      the day to day people I worked with were great hard working people.

      Cons

      Everything from the Supervisors/Managers in the Brokerage dept are a freakin joke with the exception to one who keeps that dept running. They do nothing to help their employees, hardly ever actually do any work, and if they do surprisingly show up to work they delegate instead of helping when the dept is behind.

      Can't think of any pros. Unless you like working for unethical people with no morals and integrity.

      Cons

      Management doesn't listen. Most Managers shouldn't be in the positions they are in. Never worked with so many deceitful, non-team oriented, selfish, individuals in my entire life. Truly pathetic and sad to see in such a large corporation.
