Senior managers and above are political “yes men” to the CEO who frequently screams at people publicly and on Teams meetings and makes cutting, derisive comments regarding the work people
do — even those that put in many hours on the company’s behalf. He frequently complains that he is the only one who is smart enough and dedicated enough to identify and solve problems. His vision is limited to an intense engineering focus, with the answer to every challenge being to “hire more engineers.” This has begun to hold the company back and is reflected in the dropping stock price.
