Worst experience of my career - Administrative Ahern Rentals Employee Review

Worst job of my career. Worst manager of my career. Yelled at and abused by colleagues too many times to count for things completely out of my control. Long hours with no reward. Very strong employee blame culture. Crucified and spoken to disgustingly for very minor oversights when I was going above and beyond working unpaid extra hours because the workload was so high. Was not given the resources or support to succeed in my role so walked out of there and haven’t looked back.
