You will be afforded a salary between $55k to $60k for the 1st 10 months on the 11th month and forward you will be at 100% commission. Sadly their book rates are 50% above market rates and in order to be competitive you have to be over 50% discount in which you will be paid according to their Matrix comp plan less than 1% of your build revenue. Certainly not a livable wage. You will have to bill over $600,000 in order to make roughly $6,000. It’s a “good ol boy” network and if you are a minority you will not fit it. If you are a MAGA Trumper this is the place for you; if not keep your political views to yourself. As you will be welcomed to a life size D J Trump picture once you enter the main conference room.
