Company allowed for a great deal of Independence Pay is decent, but is changing Benefits are good Company vehicle, Gas Card, Expense Card

Management has changed direction several times lately and it leaves the sales team not knowing what to do To make money in Sales your rates are no longer competitive Company has fired some good quality people Many Management People have resigned, if they weren't fired Many people in sales who have stayed are doing so because of a non-compete Too many mixed messages from upper management not a good work environment
