      Pros

      Managers are given the freedom to lead and manage their teams. Company leadership supports managers who need to enforce boundaries with the military. Pay and benefits were above average but the leadership is absolutely incredible and transparent.

      Cons

      If you're in a defense contracting role, you could be subjected to the typical cons of contract changeovers and bidding wars.

      Pros

      Hard to say any if at all. I get a paycheck (that took months to be paid correctly)

      Cons

      No wage increase despite others making way over SCA limits, no adjustments for cost of living, same people recognized for doing bare minimum, insurance premiums are insane, no allowance for unpaid leave, PM totally unaware of what even happens on the contract, no one in upper management takes accountability for mistakes and contractors are blamed, many inadequate hires made just to have a warm body
