-Does not care for workers safety in inclement weather forces employees to come in to work spite weather situations, for example, snow road closures and different situations. An example will be the post will be closed and they force employees to come in spite post closures due to weather. -Employees are forced to work on federal holidays or are forced to use vacation time -Benefits are not well for current employees it takes a year to earn 80 hours of vacation. If bad weather occurs employees will be forced to use their vacation to include on federal holidays. -Company does not allow overtime. They find ways to manipulate the system and take away from employees. An example would be if an employee currently has customers and has no choice for this complete the task that is a hand. Employee will be told they will leave early on a later day versus collecting overtime. -employees are being told at the last minute for sudden changes if a holiday occurs during a weekday they will be forced to work on weekends.
