      They are very nice and people oriented. My boss was very considerate. Alcon has happy employees. We are treated well but the pay could be better

      Better pay and better benefits will complete the experinece. Overall I still approve

      Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend

      Cons

      Watching people that have been there for years, even decades getting laid off.
