      Not much to say other than it's just a job

      Too much red tape. Can't get anything done. So much that manufacturing has slowed down considerably

      Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend

      Cons

      Watching people that have been there for years, even decades getting laid off.
