      Pros

      This is a good company to work for. I've been here for over 4 years the second time around. The company has good benefits and the salary is good. I want to expand my horizons though.

      Cons

      The hours are too Long.

      Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend

      Cons

      Watching people that have been there for years, even decades getting laid off.
