The company culture is very familial and almost everyone is easy to get along with. There are plenty of amenities on-campus and the pay is competitive.
Cons
Some aspects of the internship were not very challenging and lacked structure, but it was my team's first year having an intern. I fully anticipate that they will improve in this regard next year
