      Pros

      Great benefits and onsite gym, cafeteria and credit union. They treated me wel after laid off.

      Cons

      No room for growth in R&D. A very corporate environment. They are losing ability to retain good talent and employees. Lot of bad decision making from the top

      Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend

      Cons

      Watching people that have been there for years, even decades getting laid off.
