Great pay, and benefits. Great co-workers. Great medical devices and products that help the world see better.
Cons
Poor management. Don’t seem to care about employee concerns only upper management requirements.
Need to bring in new outside management to move the company forward. Most current promoted management have worked for Alcon for most of their careers, and do not have a good sense of how other companies run.
Management needs to listen and support their staff... in some cases, this is non existent.
