Pros
I worked for Alcon in Sydney on a 6-month contract. It was a lovely company to work for, quite a relaxed and friendly working environment the salary was excellent especially considering I only had 1 year work experience and there were plenty of opportunities to advance or move positions internally.
Cons
I was in the country on 12-month working holiday Visa and as such could only work in any one company for 6 months. As they only sponsor senior positions I was not eligible to stay.
