      Great benefits, strong performance, employee perks, opportunities for advancement

      Cons

      The merger with / takeover by Novartis...this place is losing its appeal...instead of an individual with value, you are now a machine part that will be replaced...employee moral is tanking!!!

      Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend

      Watching people that have been there for years, even decades getting laid off.
