      Great benefits, amenities, etc. Lots of opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      Management does not communicate with employees. Future kinda uncertain because of merger with Novartis.

      Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend

      Watching people that have been there for years, even decades getting laid off.
