Cons
Highly political and favoritism towards those who in good books of management. Merit got zero value, but race helps to be in good books. You can be demoted without any reason or asked to report to your sub ordinate. At same time, close allies could get double promotion a year. Even create a new designation to help favorites of management. A total mess. May be more number of managers than workforce.
