Where to begin? If you care about your health and your kids health regarding Covid-19 don’t work here if you have options. They forced us back into office and had a weeks long “welcome back” carnival for the 600,000+ Covid-19 corpses I guess? Masks are optional. Vaccines are optional. Indoors is a super spreader event waiting to happen. Terrible pay. Your average CCA could only afford to live in Fort Worth, TX if they have a spouse. If you’re a single mom forget about it. You will be priced out of Fort Worth. Alcon would rather lose good employees than fix their terrible middle manager problems. They are already having trouble attracting diverse top talent because of Texas’ problems relating to our politics and power grid issues. I believe it will only get worse, because management refuses to reign in people who have been at Alcon for 20+ years who are soaked in the problems of the past…which can be googled if you’re unaware of them.
