      Pros

      This site was a great place to work. The management team cared about the work force and promoted continuous improvement for everyone.

      Cons

      The process was moved out of the country so the site was shut down in 2013. This was a decision made by corporate. While I am sure it made good business sense it was to bad so many people lost there jobs.

      Culture focused on improving and fixing its shortcomings.

      Poor planning, unrealistic deadlines, and constantly being pulled off projects for shifted priorities.
