      Great benefits and lots of oportunities

      Culture has no identity and is mostly negative after Novartis acquisition. Goals set by management are unreasonable and unattainable.

      Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend

      Watching people that have been there for years, even decades getting laid off.
