      Job offers flexibility. A free car and gas. Speciality looks good on resume. Some people that work there are nice.

      Cons

      Company is tail spinning out of control. Goals get higher, bonuses get lower. New drugs are nothing but patent plays.

      Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend

      Watching people that have been there for years, even decades getting laid off.
