The people! Alcon employes such amazing, talented, and caring individuals who make it enjoyable to come to work every day. Separately, Alcon has proven itself as a financially stable company that continues to grow year over year. The organization has great benefits and a healthy 401k plan.
Cons
The 4x1 model; 4 days in the office, 1 day remote. Up until March, Alcon was on a 3x2 model before transitioning to 4x1 this past March.
