      High turnover due to bad pay and bad treatment of staff by management. Two people doing the work of four. Little to no communication regarding contract extension or renewal. Quality management have a habit of stringing people along Don't listen to associates concern

      Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend
