      Pros

      Good benefits and healthcare. Nice and friendly coworkers. Company parties. The plant is Air conditioned. The days off and PTO are great.

      Cons

      12 hour long and grueling shifts that feel like they will never end. The lunches were a little too short for my liking but there were plenty of breaks to make up for it.

      Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend

      Cons

      Watching people that have been there for years, even decades getting laid off.
