      Pros

      Good paycheck at the end of each month. Very solid product portfolio and respected by external clients.

      Cons

      Novartis is trying to dismantle Alcon and get rid of the original Alcon employees. With Novartis dark hand behind, not a good way to start a career.

      Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend

      Cons

      Watching people that have been there for years, even decades getting laid off.
