      Good company with good people, good products, good benefits, and excellent future prospects.

      Cons

      Not many and nothing serious. I would say silos, unclear guidelines for some functions, some units have team-culture issues.

      Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend

      Cons

      Watching people that have been there for years, even decades getting laid off.
