      Great benefits, the company contributes heavily to my retirement.

      Cons

      Even when the company is thriving and continuously in the positives in stock and share, there are mass budget cuts that result in layoffs almost yearly now. There is also a large spike in outsourcing happening.

      Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend

      Cons

      Watching people that have been there for years, even decades getting laid off.
