      - Unlimited FTO - benefits - very flexible

      Cons

      - No room for growth in QA/QC - Work every other weekend - Promotions based on favorites - Pay-cuts and layoffs - Senior analyst talk crap about newbies in the lab - Changes are very hard to implement. Your ideas are not valuable

      Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend
