      Generell akzeptables Gehaltsniveau und nette Kollegen und Zasammenarbeit. Kleine Teams mit viel Interaktion. In viele Projekte und Strategieplanung eingebunden. Sehr gute Altersvorsorge und auch Familienzulage durch Novartis und die 2. Saeule in der Schweiz.

      Cons

      Zusammenarbeit mit der Zentrale in Texas etwas muehsam und langwierig. Hohe Arbeitsbelastung durch geringe Anzahl an Mitarbeitern. Teilweise hohe Fluktuation.

      Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend

      Watching people that have been there for years, even decades getting laid off.
