      Pros

      Co-workers and benefits are good. Other than that, it was a job.

      Cons

      Management. No leadership from supervisors all the way up the ladder. Middle Management a joke. Not able to make decisions so reactionary management style or yes to what ever the Dr. says. Company focuses on buying out other companies. Get a good pay coming in because raises are lousy.

      Pros

      - lots of autonomy - fast paced - interesting global network - down to earth CEO - I personally love the culture

      Cons

      Culture can be overwhelming for some people. There are high expectations to perform and also fit in. Some of the old guard do not want to change with newer management ( but seems to be working itself out)

      Pros

      Always something to repair or maintain. Supervisors are understanding of family or personal needs. Great coworkers.

      Cons

      Breakdown in communication between departments. High level employees have no idea how hard the production employees work.
