      Pros

      Good insurance. Can't think of anything else.

      Cons

      There is no raise, no performance review, not much interaction with the manager. Upper management team does not care about their employee. This company cares so much about their 'images', but don't believe everything they say about their image.

      Pros

      - lots of autonomy - fast paced - interesting global network - down to earth CEO - I personally love the culture

      Cons

      Culture can be overwhelming for some people. There are high expectations to perform and also fit in. Some of the old guard do not want to change with newer management ( but seems to be working itself out)

      Pros

      Always something to repair or maintain. Supervisors are understanding of family or personal needs. Great coworkers.

      Cons

      Breakdown in communication between departments. High level employees have no idea how hard the production employees work.
