      Pros

      Fun place to work. Very social culture. Very relaxed about expenses.

      Cons

      The company relies very heavily on marketing tactics but can often lack in actual technological substance. They would like you to believe that they spend lots on R and D but much of their research messaging is for show.

      Pros

      - lots of autonomy - fast paced - interesting global network - down to earth CEO - I personally love the culture

      Cons

      Culture can be overwhelming for some people. There are high expectations to perform and also fit in. Some of the old guard do not want to change with newer management ( but seems to be working itself out)

      Always something to repair or maintain. Supervisors are understanding of family or personal needs. Great coworkers.

      Cons

      Breakdown in communication between departments. High level employees have no idea how hard the production employees work.
