Pros
The experience you get at Alltech is second to none. WIth each role providing a fast paced and exciting environment in which to work one gains more experience in a year than most employees with gain in three. As a graduate it provided me with a fantastic foundation, teaching me sales, marketing and management skills across the globe. The prospect of travel with Alltech is fantastic and you can really get your teeth into as many projects as you can handle. If you want a company with an off the wall attitude and a determination to succeed then Alltech is the place for you.
Cons
It is not for the faint heated. Pay is not fantastic and you will be expected to work long hours. Short term contracts tend to not be renewed something you may want to consider when applying for certain positions.
