The current “Focused Forward” strategy has created an environment where profit and efficiency are clearly being prioritized over people. Teams across the organization are operating beyond reasonable capacity, and burnout has become widespread. Expectations continue to increase without the necessary resources or support to sustain them, making it difficult to find employees who are not feeling overwhelmed or stretched too thin.
