Pros
The best pro to work at amazon to have the opportunity to work at home, the environment provided by your team, and manager , free transportation is a very good benefit and also that your feedback is taken into consideration makes you feel listened
Cons
1.AsoAmazon has a lot of benefits that aren't useful at all and could have been improved ( Example: college discount in the enrollment 15%, however the college offered me 25% so the benefit exist but not useful ) 2. Multiple jobs at Costa Rica have the benefits that Amazon career choice offers (which is amazing ) with the ability to take advantage of it with a degree higher that a technical degree.
