      Work life balance is skewed towards work heavily, at least in my department. This is very suited for young people who do not have outside obligations.

      Flexible schedule with good pay. Personally, my management is really good. Facility is good.

      Cons

      As a contractor I don’t receive benefits and I’m constantly desk hopping. Hectic job with a lot of competing priorities.
