      Turn over rate is high, you can see new faces.

      Cons

      The performance review is very nasty. People who are referred by your direct report management will always stay in your way although not really performing.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule with good pay. Personally, my management is really good. Facility is good.

      Cons

      As a contractor I don’t receive benefits and I’m constantly desk hopping. Hectic job with a lot of competing priorities.
