Kiva is building a very exciting product, and the Engineering teams are growing really fast. Working here gives you the opportunity to work with really smart people. Compensation is really good, if you can get over the balance of base pay with stock.
Cons
Work-life balance is a challenge here, from rotating in to support roles to committing to reasonable scope and timeframes.
