      Decent Salary, Good Affordable Benefits, Stock, 401K options

      Cons

      10 hour shifts are actually turned into 12+ hour shifts so monthly salary is not actually compensated for all hours work. If I consider the time & a half I was making as an hourly associate with overtime before my Area Manager promotion , I was actually making more hourly as an L3 hourly associate than I am as an L4 Salaried Manager. And External Manager hires gets made more to start than Internal Managers who've earned their promos.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule with good pay. Personally, my management is really good. Facility is good.

      Cons

      As a contractor I don’t receive benefits and I’m constantly desk hopping. Hectic job with a lot of competing priorities.
