      Pros

      The onboarding experience really helps with getting to know the culture at Amazon. Speaking of culture, I have never felt more accepted then I do here.

      Cons

      It is fast pace and if you aren't ready it will consume you but ask for help and support will come. No one is left behind. They hired you for a reason and no one wants you to fail.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule with good pay. Personally, my management is really good. Facility is good.

      Cons

      As a contractor I don’t receive benefits and I’m constantly desk hopping. Hectic job with a lot of competing priorities.
