      lots of opportunities, to grow huge scale, big exciting projects

      Cons

      Recent scaleback in all AR projects affects team morale and reduces opportunities A bad manager can destroy your career at Amazon and make your life a nightmare. Once you're on a focus plan you can't switch teams with very little checks and balances if you are stuck with a bad manager.

      Flexible schedule with good pay. Personally, my management is really good. Facility is good.

      Cons

      As a contractor I don’t receive benefits and I’m constantly desk hopping. Hectic job with a lot of competing priorities.
