      Pros

      Quality of life is awesome. Hires mostly younger engineers, new sub-company so few legacy projects to be placed on. WFH unless you have an explicit reason to be in office (Hardware, superior visiting from another country to meet you).

      No free food I guess?

      Pros

      Flexible schedule with good pay. Personally, my management is really good. Facility is good.

      Cons

      As a contractor I don’t receive benefits and I’m constantly desk hopping. Hectic job with a lot of competing priorities.
