      I had graduated with only project experience and was able to get the role. Good fit for those of mechanical background to work in tech. Mainly utilized python and solid works on a daily basis.

      Management is non-tech background Fluctuating priorities Little to mentorship available

      Flexible schedule with good pay. Personally, my management is really good. Facility is good.

      Cons

      As a contractor I don’t receive benefits and I’m constantly desk hopping. Hectic job with a lot of competing priorities.
