      super flexible in terms of working schedule, working from home etc

      Cons

      if you are not a self paced employee, you feel lost all the time and is hard to find processes or direction. The OP plan is very shallow compared to other organizations. WFH flexibility is about to end on May 2023

      Flexible schedule with good pay. Personally, my management is really good. Facility is good.

      Cons

      As a contractor I don’t receive benefits and I’m constantly desk hopping. Hectic job with a lot of competing priorities.
