I left a very secure full-time position for a contract position with the company with the understanding that I was to have remote work flexibility of at least 3 days per week, as my commute one-way exceeded two hours. Although I was in office six days in the first two weeks, after just two weeks the executive of my group decided someone on site full time was required. The job was also not at all what was explained to me in the interview. The recruiters and HR staff are completely out of touch with the reality within the company
