      Cons

      The scale of ideas can happen fast often at the expense of technical excellence. If you’re technical make sure you’re manager is also technical or they may not understand what it takes to work in the space.

      Flexible schedule with good pay. Personally, my management is really good. Facility is good.

      Cons

      As a contractor I don’t receive benefits and I’m constantly desk hopping. Hectic job with a lot of competing priorities.
