      Good engineers and people in working in the technical aspect of projects

      Cons

      Too much management, who have barely any contribution other than taking visibility of the people who do the work. Management hierarchy is the sole decision maker of promotion process, so if you aren't ready to be a bootlicker for them, promotion is hard.

      Flexible schedule with good pay. Personally, my management is really good. Facility is good.

      Cons

      As a contractor I don’t receive benefits and I’m constantly desk hopping. Hectic job with a lot of competing priorities.
